Start a new journey towards empowered wellness

Welcome! I offer safe, supportive counseling and coaching to men and women who want to feel more secure, more at ease, and more empowered. I specialize in treating stress, anxiety and related depression including panic attacks, social anxiety, post-traumatic stress, and concerns about medical conditions. My clients develop skills that work for managing difficult emotions, building confidence and self-esteem, navigating challenging relationships, and cultivating a genuine sense of movement and satisfaction in life.

Clients tell me my work with them:
• is safe, trauma-informed and culturally aware
• feels gentle and supportive and facilitates self-acceptance
• is fun, interesting and creative, and,
• results in concrete, positive changes, and more confidence, clarity and empowerment.

If these are some of the things you're looking for in therapy, let's talk! I offer a free phone or video consultation (your choice) and I look forward to discussing all the ways we can work together to get you moving in the direction of true relief, ease, and empowerment.

Rates

I offer a free in-person or phone consultation (your choice) and a standard $140 rate for initial and subsequent sessions. I don't believe in exorbitant intake session rates and I think every client should be able to meet and talk with their prospective therapist once without any fee.

I am not in-network with any insurance plans. I accept all major credit and debit cards, including those linked to Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.

I AM PART OF A GROUP OF COLORADO COUNSELORS OFFERING DISCOUNTED RATES TO THOSE IMPACTED BY COVID-19. CONTACT ME FOR MORE INFORMATION.
