Move in the direction of the life you want.
Welcome! I offer safe, supportive, effective counseling and psychotherapy to men and women who feel stuck, depleted, stressed, or directionless ⏤ and all those who want to feel more secure, more at ease, and more empowered. I work with clients of all backgrounds, many of whom excel at their working, family, learning or teaching roles, yet are aware something is holding them back.
I specialize in treating stress, anxiety and depression, with caring attention to underlying issues of identity, purpose, meaning and fulfillment. Along with support in these areas, my clients benefit from practical, evidence-based skills for working with difficult emotions, building confidence and self-esteem, navigating challenging relationships, and cultivating real movement and satisfaction in life.
If any of this resonates with you, let's talk! I offer a free in-person or phone consultation (your choice) and I am happy to discuss options and the best way to move forward.

I offer a free in-person or phone consultation (your choice) and a standard $140 rate (with sliding scale down to $120) for initial and subsequent sessions. I don't believe in exorbitant intake session rates and I think every client should be able to meet and talk with their prospective therapist once without any fee.
I am not currently in-network with any insurance plans. I accept all major credit and debit cards, including those linked to Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
Contact me me via this form, email, or phone at (720) 204-8484.
I'll be in touch within a business day.
